Salary:  OTE £42k

Senior Lettings Negotiator Wanted – for a smart well known independent agency operating in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area.
Our client is a busy residential Sales and Lettings Agency with a well-known office in Hemel Hempstead, and they are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The role is exciting and varied: you will be responsible for booking and attending viewings, upselling services, ensuring every opportunity is maximised, canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a first-class service to the clients.
You will be working closely with the Lettings Manager who will provide invaluable on the job training and an opportunity to progress your career. Â
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build or develop their career in the property sector.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire area that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience of working in the Lettings industry
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well, presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license and own car required
