Job Title:Quality Manager (Education)
Location:Candidates must be flexible with travel across various sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, East Anglia and surrounding areas
Salary:36,000 - 40,000 (Depending on experience)

Duties:
- Working alongside the National Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward and raising the standards of quality teaching and learning.
- Design, promote and review quality interventions and strategies - ensuring they are implemented across our client's provision.
- Supportandcoach teachingstaff towards improvinganddeveloping teaching practice - ensuring action plans for teachingandlearning are achieved
- Work in partnership with the Education Management team, to monitor updates and support improvement with QIPs and OFSTED actions.
- To develop and review pre-inspection guidance and tools for the Education Managers, ensuring the best possible inspection outcome.
- Monitor the impact of interventions, reporting where standards have not been met and identify any further actions as required.
- To analyse and interpret MI, statistical data and feedback to produce comprehensive reports, informing the focus on priority improvements.
- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
- Must hold a strong background of working as a Quality Manager within the Education sector.
- Ability to inspire,leadandmotivate teaching staffandlearners.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel if required.
