Salary: 65,000 (including car allowance)

Quantity Surveyor

• Description of role:
  • Work across the home counties and the South of England.
  • Experienced in working on fit out / refurbishment frameworks.
  • Project from 250k to 2m in value.
  • A team player able to integrate and share ideas with incumbent employees.
  • Estimating role
    • Can take the contract framework and produce a detailed estimate for client approval.
  • Surveying role
    • Able and happy to work with the detailed estimate to set in house target budgets.
    • Able and happy to work with the detailed estimate to general monthly valuations and variations to final account.
  • Bring own sub-contractors and supply chain.
  • Immediate start.
  • Full driving licence.
  • 3-month probationary period.
• Remuneration package:
  • Salary 65,000.00 (including car allowance).
