A growing main contractor are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyorto join their commercial team. The role will be office based with some flexibility to work from home, in Hemel Hempsteadoverseeing construction projects up to 1m.

Role:Quantity Surveyor

Location:Hemel Hempstead with hybrid working

Duties:Overseeing multiple small constructionprojects in London up to 1m

Reporting to:Commercial Director

Salary:50,000 - 60,000 plus great bonus schemes

Experience:Ideally experience working for a main contractor on JCT or NEC contract. Construction related qualifications, ambitious and driven character who wants to join a great team/ company.
