My client is a successful lettings agency who is looking for an Estate Agent to spearhead their sales department. They have a fantastic package on offer for the right candidate.
The successful Estate Agent will be offered:
- Basic: £25,000
- OTE: £35,000 - £40,000
- £3,000 Car Allowance
- Exceptional Commission Structure
- 20 Day’s holiday + Bank Holidays

Working Hours:
- Mondays – Friday | 08:45 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 17:00
- Day in Lieu when a Saturday is worked
To be considered for the Estate Agent Role you must have:
- Experience Selling Properties
- Experience booking, attending and winning market appraisals
- Minimum of 2 years within estate agency
- Full UK Driving license
As an Estate Agent, your role will involve:
- Attending and winning market appraisals
- Booking and attending viewings
- Selling homes and being in constant contact with the vendors
- Aftersales Progression
- Negotiating offers
