Medical Receptionist, Hemel Hempstead, HP2

£12.80ph, 9am-3pm, circa 4 weeks

Customer focussed Temporary Reception/Administrator required at this busy Hospital clinic to provide a seamless front of house service to patients and staff.

Duties:

Meet & greet patients in a helpful and courteous manner
Book and manage appointments via the patient telephone line
Register patients correctly
Direct the patient flow
Print off request forms
Assist with internal and external enquiries
Monitor patients in the waiting area

Requirements

Proven Reception experience
Experience within the medical sector would be advantageous
Experience in a patient setting is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic and helpful
Team player, ability to multi task and work to deadlines
