Duties include:• 360 consultants, manage clients & candidates• New business - build a desk/ pipeline• Retention of business • Dealing with large numbers of calls, emails• Booking interviews• Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants• Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage• Advertising of vacancies• Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates• Registering candidates• Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
