Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Fully Remote)

Location: Remote (UK-based)

One of our existing and long standing partners are continuing to scale their operations. They specialise in delivering tailored recruitment solutions across the wholesalers, merchants and distributors. Specifically builders merchants, lighting and electrical wholesale, bathroom and kitchen showrooms, timber and joinery and tool & plan hire.

The Role:

This Senior Recruitment Consultant role, is a fully remote opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while contributing to their mission of connecting top talent.

You will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. Sector experience in wholesalers, merchants and distributors is a plus, but we welcome applications from recruitment professionals across other industries who are ready to adapt, succeed, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying client needs to placing the best candidates.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Provide expert consultation and advice to clients, ensuring they receive tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and engage top-quality candidates through networking, headhunting, and various recruitment channels.
  • Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

About You:

  • Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, with sector experience in wholesalers, merchants and distributors being a plus (but not essential).
  • Business Development: You have strong business development skills and a history of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Self-Starter: A motivated, independent worker who thrives in a remote environment, with the ability to manage your own time and deliver results.
  • Flexibility: Open to adapting your skills to new industries, if required, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
