What You'll Do:

  • Shape careers: Screen, interview, and assess candidates, making sure they're the perfect fit for our clients.
  • Be a recruitment matchmaker: Present top talent to clients and help coordinate their interview process.

Keep it organized:

  • Stay sharp on the admin side: Manage accurate records in our CRM system, so computer skills are a must.
  • Stay compliant: Adhere to legal and ethical standards, including GDPR regulations.
  • Bring creativity: Contribute ideas for our social media presence and suggest improvements where needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • If you have experience in a sales or recruitment environment, that's a plus, but its not required. Were all about finding the right fit and will provide full training.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • A team player with an independent streak you know how to collaborate but also take the initiative.
