Your Role and Responsibilities

In this varied role, you'll provide essential support to the Operations Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll also build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP) from order receipt to invoicing
  • Proactively organising service visits and scheduling engineers to resolve customer issues
  • Ensuring stock availability to complete jobs efficiently
  • Handling and resolving customer queries with a calm, solution-focused approach
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address escalations
  • Maintaining internal resources, including fire alarms, security and power systems
  • Updating Sage with product pricing and customer account details
  • Providing project support and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards
  • Assisting internal sales support teams and liaising with clients on orders and call-offs
