TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a fantastic school in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' learning while working within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver engaging learning activities for individual pupils, small groups, and, whole classes.
  • Teach whole classes.
  • Organise resources.
  • Support pupils' learning and progress by providing targeted interventions.
  • Assess, record, and report on pupils' development and achievements.
Ideal Candidate:
  • HLTA qualification or experience in an HLTA role.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver effective learning activities.
  • Strong classroom management skills, as required to take whole classes.
  • Confident in assessing and tracking pupils' progress.
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
