Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support the schools pupils' learning and development. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support, helping children with diverse learning needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to track and report on pupil progress.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and classroom preparation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Understanding of SEN and strategies to support diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
