Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity to join a small business in the telecoms industry. The successful candidate will have previously worked in Telecoms, an excellent communicator and works well in a fast paced environment. 聽

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
路Excellent customer / client relationship skills
路Experience working within the Telcoms industry.
路Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
路Ability to work well in a team environment.
路Competent with MS Packages.
路Good education background - English & Maths Grade C or above
路Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude


RESPONSIBILITIES:
路Process customer orders for new services and any upgrades.
路Verify customer order details and ensure accuracy.
路Build and maintain relationships with customers, updating them about their orders.
路Resolve any customer queries and troubleshoot any issues.
路Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
路Maintain customer records, updating order details and status updates.
路Provide exceptional customer service and support.
