Are you a ServiceNow Developer on the lookout for a new exciting opportunity?Sopra Steria's Government and Transport sector are once again growing their ServiceNow capability and are in the market for Senior ServiceNow Developers! We are looking for individuals with experience working in the development and delivery of end-to-end solutions within ServiceNow. Due to the nature of this role and the practice it sits within we would be looking for candidates that are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and happy communicating with both internal and external partners.

We can offer great career progression opportunities, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs and training and development opportunities.While the majority of your time will be spent working from home, this role is hybrid and there would be travel ad-hoc to our head office in Hemel Hempstead as well as various client sites.What you'll be doing:

  • Directly support the implementation of ServiceNow for multiple customers.
  • Prepare and execute ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and test scripts.
  • Configure and develop on variance instances of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer.
  • Participate in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases.
  • Collaborate with other teammates in support of platform consistency and upgradability.
  • Provide tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
  • Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment.
  • LDAP/Active Directory knowledge.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow.
