Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs, tailoring assistance to their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes growth and confidence.
- Assist in adapting and modifying curriculum materials.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to students as they navigate their educational journey.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant with special needs students.
- Understanding and empathy for the challenges faced by students with special needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic educational environment.
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
