We are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience in using hoists to join a dedicated team at a Special Needs School in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with moving and handling tasks, including using hoists to support students with mobility challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Support students with a range of special needs in their educational and daily living activities.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in using hoists and other Moving & Handling equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred.
