Special needs teaching assistants

We are looking to recruit passionate and committed Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for Special Schools in Hertfordshire, offering both daily and long-term cover positions.

Key Requirements:

• Special Needs Experience-Experience with children who have ASD, PMLD, ADHD, MLD, SEMH is highly desirable.
• Behavioural Management- Experience working with children exhibiting challenging behaviour.
• Physical Disabilities-Experience supporting students with physical disabilities.
• Relevant Skills and Qualifications- Candidates with relevant skills and qualifications, even without direct Teaching Assistant experience, provided they have suitable references.
• Professionalism- Maintain a professional approach in all interactions.
• Right to Work - Must have the right to work in the UK.
• DBS Disclosure: Hold an enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
