Role Overview:
As a Day-to-Day Teacher for Aspire People, you will be responsible for stepping in on an as-needed basis to cover teacher absences. You will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education, ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality teaching and support. This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible educators who are passionate about making an impact in a variety of classrooms and settings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and effective lessons according to the provided curriculum.
-Follow lesson plans and adapt them as necessary to suit the needs of the students.
-Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
-Support the individual needs of students, including those with special educational needs.
-Provide feedback to school leadership regarding the day's activities and any issues that arose.
-Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Key Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
-Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
-A passion for education and a commitment to the welfare and development of students.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff.
-Previous experience teaching to students and leading a class.
