As a PTP Improvement Specialist, you will be instrumental in boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of the global Procurement to Pay (PTP) process. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the Globe and beyond to address challenges related to data, systems, processes, governance, and training, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Duties:-
* Evaluate current PTP processes to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
* Create and execute process enhancement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader company goals, taking on the role of the global process owner for PTP.
* Oversee and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data throughout the PTP lifecycle.
* Develop solutions for recurring data quality issues and put measures in place to prevent them.
* Collaborate with technology teams to address system-related challenges affecting PTP processes.
* Build and maintain PTP governance frameworks to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
* Perform regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks in the PTP process.
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' knowledge of PTP processes, systems, and governance practices.
* Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), providing ongoing support and guidance to PTP stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a PTP or related function within a multinational organization.
