We are looking to support out sucsessfu and growing client baed in Hemel Hempstead to grow their hire controlling team. They do need somebody experienced in this department previously, training will be provided but they do need somebody to come in and hit the ground running!

This roles is very fast paced so it is essential you can manage a busy workload, work closely with customers and under tight time frames and deadlines.

Excellent telephone manner and IT skills are a must!

This is a full time office based role, please do not apply if you are looking for a hybrid/remote role. Please note this position will also require a 7am or 8am start time Monday to Friday

Duties for Hire Controller include:

Discussing hire requirements with customers
Completing and issuing quotes
Monitoring and answering hire queries
Making sure equipment gets sent to location by deadline
Working closely with logistics team,, sales team and accounts
Updating customers every step of the way
