Are you a skilled Level 3 Vehicle Technician with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service? We're looking for YOU to join a prestigious car dealership, operating across Watford and Hemel Hempstead, and take your career to the next level!
What You'll Do:
- Use your technical expertise to carry out services, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles, including both minor and major mechanical work.
- Perform electrical and engine repairs, keeping customers on the road safely.
- Engage with customers to discuss vehicle repairs and needs as required.
- Conduct road tests after repairs, ensuring top quality standards.
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint faults within the franchise brand.
- Complete Vehicle Health Checks to keep cars in top condition.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification Vehicle Technician
- Hybrid/EV trained? Great! If not, we'll train you!
- Previous experience in a main dealership, independent garage, or similar environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile.
- Honest, diligent, and professional in your approach.
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
