Are you looking to join a well-established Building Services organisation to expand your skillset and progress your career? Our client are looking for a skilled Water Hygiene Technicianto join them on a permanent basis.

The work is predominantly in the Hertfordshire area, with some occasional London work.

Duties

  • Conduct water testing and control works, including sampling
  • Conduct water hygiene tasks, descaling, temperature monitoring, TMV Servicing etc
  • Working in partnership with your fellow Water Hygiene Engineers to carry out Tank Cleans/Disinfections
  • Work to ensure LCA standards are met across all sites

Requirements

  • Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values: Honesty, Professionalism and Quality.
  • Experience in water hygiene engineering At least 2 years in a relevant waster hygiene role.
  • Legionella Awareness Training desirable / City & Guilds water industry certifications and other relevant qualification in plumbing or water hygiene
  • Good level of computer skills, ability to use PDA/Compliance system for reporting
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Good basic understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 parts 1,2,3.
  • Ability to make recommendations from service visits.
  • Clean UK Driving License.
  • Clean DBS Record.
