Job Purpose

Accountable to the Branch Manager for the day-to-day servicing of their nomination client base, ensuring that procedures are followed, profits are maximised, and trade is developed through relationship building, handling operations from start to finish where quoting is a big part of your day / role. experience of usingDestin 8 or CNS / FCL & LCL and Ocean Import experience is a MUST!!!

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor service expectations of existing and key accounts
Support external sales force and handle quotation process.
Management of business from inception to completion.
Select appropriate suppliers to maximise freight profits.
Manage your own time to best efficiency for the business.
Quoting is a big part of your day / role
Ocean Import experience is a MUST!!!
Checking and chasing for import documents.
Checking arrivals of vessels in destin8 and CNS
Deliveries with shipping lines / merchant haul
Used Destin 8 or CNS / FCL & LCL
