Labourer/Assistant

In this role, you'll be supporting skilled teams in projects across the South of England. You'll benefit from comprehensive training, opportunities to develop your career, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with piling operations on a variety of construction projects.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Travel to different project sites (transport provided from Henfield yard).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the piling or groundwork industry (preferred, but not essential-full training provided).
- A valid CSCS card (essential).
- A UK driving licence (essential).
- Candidates local to Henfield, or able to reliably commute (no more than 40 mins)
What's in It for You?
Starting at 15 per hour (inclusive of attendance bonus).
Minimum 47.5 hours per week (9.5-hour shifts), with regular overtime available.
