Labourer/Assistant

In this role, you'll be supporting skilled teams in projects across the South of England. You'll benefit from comprehensive training, opportunities to develop your career, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with piling operations on a variety of construction projects.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Travel to different project sites (transport provided from Henfield yard).

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the piling or groundwork industry (preferred, but not essential-full training provided).
A valid CSCS card (essential).
A UK driving licence (essential).
Candidates local to Henfield, or able to reliably commute (no more than 40 mins)

Minimum 47.5 hours per week (9.5-hour shifts), with regular overtime available.
