As a Final Inspection Operator, you will be responsible for overviewing components prior to them being sent on to our customer. You will use various pieces of precision measuring equipment along with cameras to identify failure modes, therefore a good eye for detail is essential for this role. Final Inspection is a very important process within Stoba UK Ltd as it is our last bastion against defects reaching our customer.

Responsibilities will include:

High level of vigilance and competence
Working to achieve production efficiencies and Quality expectations
Inspect components using various measuring equipment.
Document all failure modes found.
Clear communication with the Quality Engineers with regards to any issues.
Ensuring a smooth handover at the start and finish of your shift.
Being fully conversant with the quarantine and defect procedures.
Using a pallet truck to transfer pallets.
Ensuring pallets have the correct identification and information documentation.
Maintaining a high level of housekeeping within your work area.
Ensuring you adhere to the policies and procedures of the company and all health and safety requirements.
