What you will do as the Quality Control Technician:

  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conducting inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards, including BRC.
  • Process Monitoring: Overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintaining BRC records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing quality issues or defects in products and processes.
  • Training: Educating colleagues on quality standards and best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the manufacturing process adheres to food safety regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implementing and suggesting improvements for quality management systems.

What you will need to apply for the Quality Control Technician:

  • Good knowledge of BRC.
  • Internal audit experience.
  • Ideally experience of carrying out basic lab tests.
  • Flexibility to work on diverse tasks in a small business environment.
