They are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their small team and take ownership of the credit control function on a part time basis.The duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator include (but are not limited to):
- Full credit control process, chasing up tenants who are overdue with thorough action
- Support the accounts team with the invoicing process
- General admin support for the property team
- Excel spreadsheet management
- Proactive with internal and external stakeholder communication
The successful candidate will have:
- +3 years of experience within an accounts role
- Credit control experience would be desirable
- An exceptional telephone manner
- Extensive excel skills
- Happy in the office on part time hours
