Benefit package

  • Basic salary £25K - £29K but negotiable for the right candidate dependent upon qualifications and experience

My clients a High-Net-Worth financial organisation based in Hendley- in-Arden (within easy commuting distance of Solihull, Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon Redditch and Bromsgrove). Due to continued growth my client is looking for a successful, professional and proactive senior financial administrator.

The role of the Financial Administrator will include: -

  • Providing holistic support to a successful team of financial planners
  • You will act as the initial point of contact for client queries and well as liaising with product providers
  • In addition, you will manage and develop the administration and review process to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties
  • Your work will cover Investment, Pension, Tax and Protection planning.

The successful candidate for the Financial Administrator position should have: -

Excellent Personal Skills

  • In wealth management, the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues is essential
  • Empathy, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients are some of the personal qualities they look for
  • Clients entrust them with their financial futures, so it is essential that all staff act with integrity, are honest and adhere to the CII’s code of conduct

Enthusiasm and Drive

  • Having enthusiasm and a desire to succeed is essential and something my client looks for in all their employees. So long as you have the enthusiasm, they can provide the training and personal development opportunities to ensure you are successful
