Salary: 25,000 plus commission (OTE 30,000)

We are working on behalf of our award-winning client which ranks in the top 50 companies within their industry sector in the UK. Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to assist with sales and marketing activities with prospect and existing customers.

As a Sales Support Executive you will work as part of a team of 5, providing support and guidance to prospect and active customers across all products and services. You will be confident engaging with customers on the phone and producing quality administrative documents to support the sales and marketing process.

This role has on target earnings which can increase your annual salary by 5,000. Commission is paid monthly.

This is an office based role at head office in Henley-In-Arden, working full time Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. The office will be relocating to Shirley Solihull in early 2025, so you would need to be happy travelling to this location from then on.

Role and responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for engaging with prospect and active customers to promote products and services
  • Identify upsell opportunities with existing customers regarding products and services
  • Provide administrative support to the field-based sales team such as preparing contracts
  • Increase customer retention by improving the customer journey based on customer feedback
  • Outbound call prospect and existing customers centred around marketing campaigns
  • Provide solutions and improvements to increase sales and marketing activities
  • Ensure all customer data is correctly processed and up to date
  • Daily use of internal CRMs and Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • Supporting the wider business as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven demonstrable work history in a similar Sales Support Executive, Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong eye for detail to accurately process data and contracts
  • Confident and customer focused nature
  • A team player with a flexible approach to support colleagues
  • Innovative and visionary approach to provide new initiatives for sales and marketing
