Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting students with SEMH needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and understood.
  • Developing tailored strategies and interventions to help pupils manage their emotions.
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to promote a positive learning environment.
