Site Manager

We are seeking a proactive Site Manager with strong skills in quality control, record-keeping, and Health & Safety management for a commercial-scale new build project. This role involves managing the final stages of a large groundworks package and overseeing the construction of a two-story, 39-unit later living apartment block.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure high standards of quality control, meticulous record-keeping, and strict Health & Safety adherence on-site.
• Groundworks Completion: Oversee final utilities setup and prepare for roads and surface finishes, with the majority of below-ground work already completed.
• Building Management: Supervise ongoing construction of the later living block, currently at wall plate on the first phase.
• Collaboration: Report to and support a seasoned Project Manager throughout project phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management, ideally on commercial-scale new builds.
• Background in traditional build methods and familiarity with large groundworks packages.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
