Role Responsibilities

As a Tax Partner, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the firm’s tax services, managing a high-value portfolio, and mentoring a talented team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the tax department, providing strategic direction and ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Managing a diverse client portfolio, including HNWIs, SMEs, and corporate entities, offering bespoke tax planning and advisory services
  • Driving business development initiatives to grow the firm’s tax offering and attract new clients
  • Acting as a key advisor on complex tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, corporate restructuring, and international tax planning
  • Mentoring and developing the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Representing the firm at networking and industry events to enhance its reputation and market presence
