Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis. You will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration duties.
Flexibility around hours from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business.
Key Duties:
- Support with Company Secretarial Matters
- Updating and maintaining CRM and databases
- Maintaining accurate records
- Handling daily administrative tasks including data entry and inbox management
- liaise with department to obtain accurate information for customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback
The right person:
- Previous Administration experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Highly organised
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
