Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis. You will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration duties.

Flexibility around hours from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business.

Key Duties:

  • Support with Company Secretarial Matters
  • Updating and maintaining CRM and databases
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Handling daily administrative tasks including data entry and inbox management
  • liaise with department to obtain accurate information for customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback

The right person:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills
  • Highly organised
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
