Our client have a cosy, contemporary office in the centre of beautiful Henley on Thames. They are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic administrator to join their team and support with efficient day to day running of the office.

The role:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Monitoring and ordering stock and stationery
  • Updating and managing databases and portals
  • Supporting with any ad hoc projects such as research tasks, events, special projects, etc.
  • General office housekeeping - ensuring a tidy and clean environment for staff and visitors

The right person:
