Our client is looking for a creative and ambitious Senior Structural Engineer to join their Henley team. This is a new position working with some important clients and offers an excellent opportunity to extend your experience and develop your career.
The role:
- Excellent career development opportunities within a clear structure. Our client is expanding and they are looking for an engineer who will grow with them.
- Support to achieve chartership - their Partners are skilled and experienced in supporting engineers on this path.
- Working on multi-storey RC frame design alongside a variety of other materials.
- Work closely on projects, which will range across the commercial, educational, residential, health and leisure sectors.
- Should have some experience in client / project team liaison.
About you:
- 5+ years' structural engineering experience within a UK consultancy.
- A BEng or MEng in Civil / Structural Engineering or Engineering Design and be a member of the relevant body such as the IStructE.
- Experience designing in a variety of materials is vital
- The ability to design to British Standards or Eurocodes.
- Experience with TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot and TEDDS.
- Experience across several sectors, ideally including residential. Our projects are in a range of materials across the commercial, educational, residential, health and leisure sectors.
- Should have some experience in client / project team liaison.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive working attitude.
