About the Job:This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient processing and payment of supplier invoices. You will be working closely with the finance team to manage key financial operations.

Duties will include:

  • Processing of accounts payable invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accurate recording of invoices and payments
  • Preparing and managing regular payment runs
  • Reviewing and managing the Aged Creditors List
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Managing credit card expenditure
  • Liaising with stakeholders to provide accurate financial information
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks

About the Successful Applicant:The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with experience in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics/Nav preferred). Strong organisational, communication, and numerical skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
