Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis. You will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration, bookkeeping and Secretarial Matters.

Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm (flexibility around hours) from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business as they transition into their next stage of growth.

Key Duties:

  • Day-to-day Banking & ledger posting
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Sales administration
  • General business administration

Right Person:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas
  • Experience with Xero
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills
  • Highly organised
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
