As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of more than 20 high-end clients. This position demands strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standard of efficiency and client care.

Immediate start. Temp or perm contracts available

Key Duties:

  • Handling incoming enquiries over the phone
  • Updating system with latest tasks
  • Arranging labour for planned maintenance and schedule projects
  • Prioritising tasks by level or urgency
  • Allocating jobs to the relevant teams
  • Collating an managing all documentation
  • invoicing and accounts reporting

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities management or coordination is essential
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Experience with FM CAFM system
  • Quote & PO raising experience
  • Accounting / admin experience (advantageous)
