Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Location: Henley-On-Thames

Hours of Work: 09.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday

Our well established client is looking for an experienced customer-orinetated candidate to join their professional team as a Client Relationship Executive, working at their wonderful offices in Henley-On-Thames. You will act as first point of contact for clients, handling incoming enquiries and building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive brilliant customer service. This is a lovely role, using your excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships and ensure the customer journey is a smooth one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aciting as main point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring queries are answered effectively
  • Following up to ensure clients are happy with the service provided and provide regular updates regarding status and next steps
  • Scheduling calls
  • Ensure all relevant details are recorded in the database
  • Working with colleagues to obtain updates when required
  • Allocating clients to the team members
  • Prepare reports for review during meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise efficiently
