MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS AND EVENTS MANAGER
Salary £30 - £35k. Full time role but with option to work 4 day week (salary to be pro ratad accordingly). Based near Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding organic food business as Marketing, Communications and Events Manager. We are looking for a passionate individual who can develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage events, oversee our social media presence and produce high quality marketing collateral.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all Social media content and implement digital marketing strategies, social media advertising, display ads and SEO
- Create and develop marketing collateral to include internal and external newsletters, corporate literature, sales aides, banners, promotional material
- Develop and enhance customer relations
- Manage events and logistics (internal/external)
- Manage communications with PR or other external agencies on projects when applicable
- Maintain and manage website
- Oversee other ad hoc marketing tasks
Experience requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience ideally within B2C / B2B / RETAIL
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles
- Good understanding of PR and ability to write
- Web development/social media experience
- Experience in luxury food sector a distinct advantage
- Wholesale / Trade marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- CRM experience (beneficial)
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
