Our client is looking for an Administration Executive to support with the development and growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded person to join a growing business.
Main Duties:
- General administrative support and office management
- Support key internal partners within the business
- Finance
- Business Development
- General Operations
- Updating and managing databases and portals
- Work with external marketing resources to produce marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, presentations, general marketing, case studies) as required
- Managing all sales / presentation materials
- Support with their social media channels
- Work closely with the management team to deliver lead-generating marketing campaigns
- Assist the management team with business development activities as required, such as industry or company research, contact discovery, outreach, process management, etc
- Supporting with any ad hoc projects such as research tasks, events, special projects, etc.
- General day to day running of theoffice (ie. purchasing of office supplies, opening/sorting post, keeping office presentable, monitoring of general housekeeping duties, stationary, greeting guests and offering drinks etc.)
Key Skills:
- Technologically savvy with good working knowledge of MS office products
- The ability to take on responsibility and make decisions
- Good communication
- Structured and organised
