This job opportunity is for a Power Electronics Development and Test role supporting an aerospace client on next-generation Satellite Electronics Development.
Candidates should have experience in EMC, ESD, MOSFET, GAN, SMPS Design, and Gate Driver experience, with a focus on electronics design and testing.
The position is assessed as OUTSIDE IR35, offers hybrid working with majority onsite presence at the Henley innovation center, and is for an initial duration of 6 months.

Outside IR35 Hybrid working Power Electronics Development and test opportunity to support an aerospace client on a next generation Satellite Electronics Development. The position involves supporting the Power Electronics efforts, including but not limited to the following;

EMC
ESD
MOSFET
GAN
SMPS Design
Gate Driver experience
Electronics Design and Test/ Basic circuitry.

The work involves majority onsite work at the Henley based innovation center as well as remote working when feasible. The position has been QDOS assessed as OUTSIDE IR35 and is for an initial 6-month duration. You will be involved with developing new automated test processes, becoming hands on with the Test and development of the Power Electronics Development.

In addition to the development support efforts, A willingness to use equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies etc. is useful. Any experience with RF Circuitry or working to MIL/ DO standards.
