Accounts Manager - Henley, Oxfordshire - £55,000 - £60,000

Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Henley, Oxfordshire, providing tailored services to a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals and multinational corporations. - Managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing year-end statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Reviewing corporation tax computations and VAT returns
- Overseeing the preparation of management accounts and ensuring high standards
- Assisting with onboarding and managing new client relationships
- Advising clients on technical queries and providing tailored solutions
- Mentoring and training junior staff while managing workflow
- Delivering excellent client service and supporting Partners with ad-hoc tasks
- ACA/ACCA qualified, with 2-3 years post-qualification experience
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in practice
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
- Experience with CCH, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and Alphatax (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to build strong client relationships and understand their needs
- Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently to tight deadlines
