Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Audit Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients, overseeing assignments from planning to completion
- Leading fieldwork, supervising on-site teams, and ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards
- Providing technical expertise and resolving complex audit issues
- Supporting junior team members, mentoring, and providing training to enhance their development
- Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Reviewing work completed by team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
- Contributing to business development and identifying opportunities to add value to clients
- Assisting with the firm’s growth strategy and process improvement initiative

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified with significant UK practice experience
- Have a proven track record of managing audit assignments and client portfolios
- Possess excellent technical knowledge of audit processes and regulations
- Be a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Have a proactive, organised approach to managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrate confidence in mentoring and developing junior staff members
- Be commercially aware and able to identify opportunities for growth
- £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
