We are seeking an experienced and Enthusiastic administrator to join our client based in Henley-on-Thames. Working closely with with different teams in the business, you will have the opportunity to bring new ideas to implement new practices as well as streamline existing processes to help keep the business running smoothly. You'll be working in a small, friendly team with a flexible approach and regular incentives. Free parking is available on-site.

The role:

  • Reviewing, streamlining and implementing processes where necessary to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Handling incoming calls and directing to correct department
  • Manage and maintain office stock and supplies including stationery, tea and coffee, IT equipment etc.
  • Booking and managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Reporting
  • Data entry, filing, and record keeping

The right person:

  • Previous experience in an office administrator
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Competent with using a variety of computer systems and programmes
  • Friendly, patient and empathetic
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proactive problem solver with a solutions focussed approach
  • Happy to work alone at times
