The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their fantastic team. 

About the role

We're looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join the team to play a crucial role in the education and social development of babies and young children. Your responsibilities will include creating a safe environment for children to learn and grow, designing age-appropriate play activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will be supporting learning and care, maintaining records of children’s progress, building relationships with parents and carers, and providing support to other nursery staff.

Who we are looking for: 

• Early Years Teacher Status OR NVQ Level 3 Qualified, CCLD, NNEB, CACHE or equivalent. 

• Excellent communication skills (including written, oral and presentation skills)

• Experience of working in an Early Years Setting

• Outstanding practitioner with strong knowledge of child development

• High degree of integrity and empathy when dealing with children

• Show a clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection

• Strong ICT, numeracy and literacy skills
