Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Full-Time, 5 days a week)
Location: Henley-on-Thames
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

  • Monitor and record children progress, ensuring every child receives the support they need.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment that supports children well-being.
  • Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working in an early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
