We are looking for a highly experienced PA/EA to join our client at their private estate.
The successful candidate will have PA/EA experience with superb attention to detail and a can do attitude. They will be personable and friendly with the utmost trustworthiness and honesty.
Ideally, they will also have worked in a private household/estate but this isn't essential.
Full time, office based and ideally available at short notice.
8am - 4.30pm.
Some of the duties will include
- Email management
- Dealing with any urgent matters that arise day to day
- Liaising with maintenance contractors (plumbers, gardeners, electricians)
- Dealing with deliveries to the house
- Liaising with the Finance Director and other company staff at the property investment firm, carrying out a variety of admin tasks
- Dealing with costs and payments regarding the estate
Skills/Experience
- PA/EA experience is essential ideally within a private household or estate
- Flexible nature, with a can do attitude
- Lots of initiative, proactive
- Attention to detail
- Trustworthy and honest
