Are you a Maintenance Operative or similar looking for a stable days based role within a beautiful and Historic Cultural setting in Henley, known for their great working environment aswell as additional duties to increase earnings?

Join a dedicated team as a General Maintenance Operative, where you will apply your skills across a range of maintenance tasks, contributing to the upkeep of a diverse and beautiful campus estate. You will have the opportunity to take on extra duties / on call to increase your earnings.

You will work both autonomously and in a small team providing basic maintenance duties around the campus.

The person:

• Possesses at least a Level 2 qualification in a relevant field such as plumbing, heating, or carpentry.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exhibits excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

The Role:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, heating, and carpentry disciplines.
• Respond to service requests promptly, ensuring high standards of work and minimal disruption to campus operations.
• Participate in an on-call rota, providing essential support and emergency response as needed.
