We are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines handler to join the team in Henley WITH AS OUTLINED A STRONG INSURANCE BACKGROUND, IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WITH THESE SKILLS, who is enthusiastic and eager to utilise their insurance experience within a sales environment, whilst delivering exceptional customer service and negotiating skills LINKED TO THE INSURANCE SKILLS.Â
Day-to-day of the role:
- Service of existing motor, home and travel insurance quotations for customers
- WORKING TO RETAIN CLIENTS FOR THEIR INSURANCE RENEWALSÂ to achieve company targets
- Deliver personal and team sales targets into the team for new business
- Convert any sales and cross sales opportunities for different insurance policies and types
- Offer quotations and create system records on the CRM system
- Provide professional and accurate customer service
The ideal candidate:
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, market practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and computer systems.
- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
